Justin has coached youth sports for the last thirty years, including AAU and Select basketball. This is Justin's 7th year as a head coach for McLean Select and 10th season in the FCYBL (Fairfax County Youth Basketball League). He is a six-time FCYBL "Most Valuable Coach" award recipient.  His teams have a strong history of winning, with numerous regular season and tournament championships.

David has more than 16 years of experience coaching youth basketball.  David has played the game throughout his life and still plays pick-up basketball. This is David's 4th season as an assistant coach in the FCYBL.
